Subprocessors
These are the third parties Bipath, LLC engages to process Customer Personal Data on a customer's behalf when providing Vector Data Loader. This list forms Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum.

Transfers of personal data from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland rely on the safeguards in Section 5 of the Data Processing Addendum. Stripe, Inc. processes billing data for Bipath's own account administration and is described in the Privacy Policy; it doesn't process Customer Personal Data under the Data Processing Addendum. Providers you configure yourself, such as your AI and vector-store accounts, act under your own agreements with them and aren't Bipath subprocessors.
Changes. Bipath gives at least 30 days' advance written notice before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing a customer's personal data, by updating this page and emailing the customer's designated privacy contact or its owners (Data Processing Addendum §4.3). To object on reasonable data-protection grounds, write to privacy@vectordataloader.app within the notice period (Data Processing Addendum §4.4).
